At
Conan Casino it appears to me impossible to be paid, if the casino so chooses. Their terms are practically impossible to not infringe.
It starts innocuously enough, with a very clear
bonus policy, and this
terms link posted also on all relevant pages:
14.ConanCasino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and Bonuses for irregular play. "Irregular play" may include, inter alia:
Placing single bets equal to or greater than 30% from the value of the Bonus credited to the player account, prior to the wager requirement for that Bonus having been met.
I do question the need to resort to Latin, "inter alia", meaning "amongst other things" - are they embarrassed to state in clear English that the listed term is only one of many possible undisclosed reasons to withhold payment? Or do they simply prefer that this important matter not be known?
Anyway, this shall pass; the bonus terms are otherwise good.
Things become alarming when we view the
general terms page - you need to scroll all the way down to clause 97:
Conan Gaming reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play. "Irregular play" may include, inter alia:
Placing single bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the bonus credited to the player account, prior to the wager requirement for that bonus having been met.
Placing single bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit.
Using the double-up feature to increase bet values.
Due to extensive game manipulation, this applies to all players, regardless if they have any bonus or not.
So, if you are a recreational gambler, and you make the double up bet which is entirely typical of recreational gamblers, freely available in the software package, Conan Casino will not pay you.
If you bet more than 30% of your deposit amount, Conan Casino will not pay you. So, deposit $100 and, at some point, make a $31 bet, and whatever winnings you may ultimately accrue will not be paid to you.
It should be stressed that this applies to recreational gamblers, not profit-orientated bonus players. The bonus terms are fair and plainly on view. But no recreational gambler would ever think to dig this deeply into the terms and conditions (clause 97, close to the bottom!), and in the absurdly unlikely eventuality that such a gambler did read this term, they would almost certainly contravene it at some point.
And on a side note: what is "game manipulation"?
Due to extensive game manipulation, this applies to all players, regardless if they have any bonus or not.
Random and securely-built software cannot, by definition, be externally manipulated. So apparently Conan Casino is suggesting that their software is non-random.
Terms and conditions which are almost impossible to not infringe, and what appears to be openly acknowledged non-random software. I think Conan Casino is somewhere you'd be best advised to avoid.
